Yoga is the physical, spiritual and mental practices or disciplines which originate in ancient India with a view to obtain a state of permanent piece of mind in order to experience ones true self. The physical practice of yoga rids the body of toxins and impurities, increases our strength and flexibility, finding balance between body and mind. With a devoted practice we can achieve the highest union with the divine.
A healing practice that brings people together as a community on and off the mat, in and out of the studio
Music is the universal language the speaks directly to our heart and mind. When we hear a song that resonates with us, it can transcend us back or forward to a time place or feeling that is only apparent to you. Music has the ability to deepen or expand feelings of love, joy, and inspiration, combining music with the invisible sensations of yoga asanas can open the body to experience these feelings inside ourselves on a deeper level. Our body is like a musical instrument, yoga helps to keep us in tune with ourselves and the world we live in.
Adding music to a yoga class can take us to a higher place while practicing, reducing stress and tension, while quieting the mind to find clarity on our journey in life.
Life is the unique fusion of yoga and music, living our yoga both physically and mentally in balance and harmony on and off our mat. Embracing a healthy peaceful towards diet, relationships, communities and living a sustainable lifestyle with passion and love for all beings.

Besides strengthening my body and finding greater balance in both body and mind on and off the mat. One of the most valuable things I have learned from practicing with Aaron is to be less reactionary. I find myself staying very calm in challenging situations and can feel that this is coming from a place I have learned in my studies with Aaron.
