Besides strengthening my body and finding greater balance in both body and mind on and off the mat. One of the most valuable things I have learned from practicing with Aaron is to be less reactionary. I find myself staying very calm in challenging situations and can feel that this is coming from a place I have learned in my studies with Aaron.
